We are not a facility nor do we have open play unless it's part of an instructional program. The facility is not open to the general public without invitation**
Andrew, the owner of Seidwinder, is the Director of Pickleball & Typti at The Phoenician, the only AAA Five-Diamond Resort in Arizona with a pickleball or Typti program. Although we can travel to you, we typically give our instruction at the resort's immaculate athletic club. If you live in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, or Arcadia and have a desire to learn how to play pickleball or Typti and improve your level of play, we would love to help. You do not need to be a resort guest. We use a positive, upbeat and fun method catered to each adult or junior player that entrusts us to give a lesson, run a clinic or organize a tournament. We always dink positive and it isn't just lip service. Seidwinder Pickleball has been sponsored by various top brands in the sport like Selkirk (https://www.selkirk.com), but we will always provide and recommend the best equipment for your particular needs - no matter the brand. In regards to Typti, we only work with the official Typti racquets (OLO da Vinci) that provide you the only authentic Typti experience.
Seidwinder Pickleball donates a portion its local fees to charity - so come out & learn from one of only professionally certified teachers in AZ at one of the finest resorts in the world. Seidwinder works with people just starting their pickleball journey all the way to sponsored players who are entering pro tournaments. We look forward to meeting you soon!
Our Services
We provide adult private lessons, youth private lessons, adult group lessons, youth group lessons, adult clinics, youth clinics, and organize/run private tournaments and corporate events & team building. We also are a co-founder of the Arcadia Pickleball Association (APA). Pickleball & Typti is not our job, it's our passion. All lessons from Seidwinder give part of the fee back to a local charity with our favorite being one that supports children dealing with the loss of a parent. All activities are taught only by personable, fun and knowledgeable instructors who have reached the highest level of certification - professional with USA Pickleball. Unless otherwise specifically requested, Seidwinder's services are all located at The Phoenician Resort, the only AAA 5 Diamond Resort in Arizona with permanent pickleball & typti courts (4 of them with multiple other tennis courts we can convert if there are more than 16 people for an event at the resort).

We don't take ourselves or the sport too seriously. We have children of our own and really want to grow the sport introducing it into the junior community here in Arizona. Our instruction lends itself as a natural fit to teaching kids between 6-18.

About Us
The Seidwinder Pickleball brand was born during Covid-19 in the summer of 2020. In between helping home-school five children, Andrew's itch to formally spread the love of pickleball through this company became stronger everyday in quarantine. As of November 2020, Andrew is running the pickleball program at The Phoenician Resort, A Luxury Collection Resort, one of the only 5-Diamond resorts on the West Coast with permanent pickleball courts and athletic facilities run by one of the top management companies in the world: Troon (https://www.troon.com).
Seidwinder gives back to its community with donating some of his teaching fees to local charity supporting recently widowed fathers and other local charities. Andrew not only loves to teach, but also enters the most prestigious tournaments in the Southwest. His most recent accomplishment is earning a gold medal at the 2020 35+ Arizona Open. Andrew is 1 of a few certified instructors in Arizona reaching the highest rating "professional".
